Video Sequence: Fifth Video Video Length: 4:26 Producer: Gregory Dark Setting : Many people speculate if the place where this was filmed is in fact Kentwood, Louisiana. Other than the exact location, the majority of the story takes place in various outside areas. A house, a tree tire swing, a bus stop, a wooden water tower, and lots of Sunflowers. Basically it seems like a nice little community of people with the atmosphere the video gives off, just right for this kind of video. Plot: In this video, the theme of uninterrupted love comes into play as Britney dreams about snuggling up with the one she loves. After being together for a long time, she reawakens from her dream on the swing again, without anyone. The entire basis of having a first love, and being in love for the first time is the central storyline. It's something everyone can relate to, even Britney. American/Canadian/Australian: Opposite of Born to Make You Happy, this single and video was released only to United States, Australian and Canadian fans. However, like the US fans could easily download Born to Make You Happy on the computer, so can European fans download this video if you can track it down. Premeire: The video premeired on TRL in a rather unusual fashion. Before they showed the video, Britney called into TRL from a restaurant in Kentwood to tell everyone that she had just had her wisdom teeth removed, and confirmed a lot of the Crazy Spring 2000 tour dates. Then they premiered the video. Brit Favorite: This is one of Britney's favorite songs from her first album, and it was one of the very first songs she did when she was first originally signed by Jive. Enter Madonna: This is supposedly the first video that Madonna ever saw Britney perform in. She saw it during a guest star spot at MTV's Total Request Live, and after seeing the video for the first time, she said "Well, now I want to know what this is all about". Last Ride: Just like the bus left the small town that Britney lost her first love in, so does the final single end on the ... Baby One More Time album. The next step would be Oops!... I Did It Again, and it would live up to it's name. |
